Company Information and Background
GeoNav Satellite Systems was formed in 1999 to provide state of the art high precision positioning and navigation systems for commercial users. I have an extensive background in the measuring sciences that began in 1976 as a land surveyor. After leaving the profession I went to work for equipment manufacturers Sokkia Corporation and later Ashtech. A desire to work directly with end users led me to start my company. I have a BA in Sociology and an LSIT Certificate (Land Surveyor In Training).
GeoNav Satellite Systems customers include the aerospace industry, US Military, city, state, county and federal government agencies, universities, land surveyors, GIS professionals, construction companies, civil engineers and geophysical companies. GeoNav is a Certified Small Business. California state agencies can take advantage of GeoNavs CMAS (California Multiple Awards Schedule) Contract.
